Cambria Sea Scouts received money to purchase a new vessel - called Worcester - named after the training ship TS Worcester that used to be moored at Greenhithe.
Dartford Football Club’s Community Project was funded to deliver football training sessions on Castle Hill, and more than 40 children attended to get active and play the sport with qualified coaches.
Knights Academy of Performing Arts in Northfleet also received funding for new instruments for the group’s young musicians.
