Part of the Springhead Park development, the latest phase is following the success of its 1-B phase, where 90% of homes and apartments have already been sold, and 2-B phase, which has sold 35% of its properties since it launched at the end of January 2018. This equates to 28 plots out of 86 which on average is nine sales a month.

Located within a 1.01-ha park, and close to Ebbsfleet International station, Springhead Park comprises a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes, some of which are available under the Help to Buy scheme, which allows homeowners to buy with a 5% deposit, a 20% interest-free loan and affordable mortgages of 75% of the home's value.

Residents can travel to London in less than 20 minutes, and reach European destinations such as Paris, Brussels, Lille and Amsterdam via Eurostar, which serves Ebbsfleet.

Emma Fearn, associate director of sales, Countryside Properties New Homes and Communities South, attributed the level of interest to the development’s travel links: "We've had a lot of interest from people who work in both London and Brussels or Paris, who are keen to have a quick commute to their desk and also get to live in an area surrounded by green open spaces and a wide range of services."
